Step 1: Contact Us

You contact us to help realise your vision for your home.

We ask you a series of questions to determine how we can best help you.

Step 2: Your Vision

You send us your plans, giving us much information as possible so we can accurately estimate your vision.

We do a thorough analysis of your project and vision, then provide a preliminary estimate . We will meet with you to discuss and answer your questions.

Step 3: Detailed Specs

You decide if you would like to proceed with a detailed specification and all inclusive quotation. This means during the build there are no nasty surprises!

We prepare documentation specific to your individual wants and needs, and liaise with the subcontractors and tradespeople with the right specialist knowledge to be qualified to work on your project.

We get back to you to arrange our next meeting time, while you sit back and relax!

Step 4: Your Specs

You bring as many questions as you can!

We provide you with a copy of your quotation inclusive of photos and full specifications. These specifications ensure there is no possible confusion on what's included in your build.

You can leave the meeting to take more time to make a decision, or you can decide on the spot to sign a contract and get started!

Step 5: Getting Started

We complete your contract, and collect your deposit to get started and set a build date.

Step 6: The Build

Your build progresses, with us working closely with you every step of the way to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the completion of your vision.

Step 7: Handover

This is the exciting part - we handover the keys, and you relax and enjoy your new home!

Step 8: 12 Months Warranty

We're so confident of the quality of our work, we provide a 12 month maintenance period - four times the industry standard!

If there's anything not quite right with your home, we come back and fix it for you.
